Community member application

Four voting community representatives will be appointed by the provost after being nominated by a selection committee led by the Office of Civic Engagement and comprised of community leaders familiar with the University and its public safety and security efforts. The service term commitment is three years.

You must submit one of the following materials to psac@uchicago.edu for your application to be complete: a current resume/CV, a biography, or a personal statement. This information should be submitted in Word or PDF format. When emailing your materials, please include your name and University affiliation (tenure/tenure-track academic appointee; other academic appointee; University staff; UCMC faculty, staff, or resident; graduate student; undergraduate student; or community member) in the subject line.
