The University House System says:
A six-floor building with an elevator. All floors are co-ed. This is a four-class dorm with about 70 first-year students. The Broadview, originally built as a hotel, hosts a huge, beautiful lobby, as well as a large community kitchen and adjacent dining room, game room, library, and computer lab. (A fee is charged for the use of the community kitchen.) Resident Masters do not live in the building, but maintain a large living room suite where they host frequent student/faculty dinners, study breaks, and other hall events.
