The University House System says:

As a three-storey, turn-of-the century brick and stone building, Breckinridge Hall houses approximately 90 students. Facilities include a large kitchen, recreation room, piano practice room, and weight room. The main floor features a computer lab and an oak panelled first floor lounge with a grand piano. While the House is co-ed, the second floor is the mens' floor and the third floor is the womens' floor. There are common bathrooms in the center of each residential floor.
